By purchasing or downloading any assets, models, or other digital products ("Products") from my Payhip store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them before making a purchase.

1.1. All Products are sold as non-exclusive, personal-use licenses.

1.2. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sharing, or re-uploading the original files, modified files, or any derivatives of the Products under any circumstances.

1.3. Commercial use is only permitted if explicitly stated in the product description or granted with written permission.

1.4. Unauthorized uploading, sharing, or redistribution of my avatars, models, or assets to any third-party website, file-sharing service, or online platform is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to Gumroad, Booth, Payhip, VRChat, or Discord.

1.5. The use of my Products in NFT projects, AI training datasets, blockchain-related applications, or any form of automated content generation is strictly prohibited.

1.6. Purchasing a Product does not grant you ownership of the intellectual property; you are only acquiring a license to use the Product under these terms.

1.7. Group purchases or file-sharing pools are strictly forbidden. Each individual must obtain their own license through a direct purchase.

2.1. You may edit or modify the Products for personal use only, but you may not claim the original or modified Products as your own.

2.2. Redistribution of modified versions of my Products is strictly prohibited unless given explicit, written approval.

2.3. Frankenediting (mixing parts of my models with other creators' assets) is only allowed for personal use and must never be redistributed, resold, or used commercially.

2.4. Using my Products as a base for the creation of new models for resale, redistribution, or commissions is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

2.5. Modified versions of my Products must still adhere to all restrictions outlined in this agreement. Modifying a Product does not grant additional rights to distribute, sell, or share it.

2.6. Porting my Products to other platforms (e.g., VRChat, NeosVR, ChilloutVR) is only allowed for personal use and must not involve re-uploading to a public database or file-sharing service.

3.1. All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital Products, refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are not accepted.

3.2. If you encounter technical issues (e.g., corrupted files), contact me via Discord for troubleshooting assistance. However, I do not guarantee fixes for user error or incompatibility with third-party software.

3.3. Chargebacks, disputes, or unauthorized payment reversals will result in an immediate revocation of your license, and you will be permanently banned from purchasing future Products.

4.1. My Products must not be used for:

• Hateful, discriminatory, or malicious content
• Illegal activities
• NSFW or fetish-related content unless explicitly allowed in the product description

4.2. Credit is required when using my Products in public projects or commissions. Please credit as:

4.3. Re-distribution through friends, partners, or group buys is strictly prohibited. Each individual must purchase their own copy of the Product.

4.4. Using my Products in promotional material or paid advertisements requires prior written consent.

4.5. Selling, trading, or transferring your license to another person is strictly forbidden. The license is granted only to the original purchaser.

4.6. Users found violating these terms may have their license revoked and may be subject to legal action.

5.1. Ripping, extracting, or decompiling my Products in any way is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to reverse engineering, data mining, or extracting files from compiled assets.

5.2. Unauthorized re-uploads of my Products, including modified versions, will result in a DMCA takedown and possible legal action.

5.3. I actively monitor unauthorized redistribution of my Products. Users found engaging in such activities will be permanently blacklisted and reported.

5.4. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions (e.g., through loopholes or misinterpretation) will be treated as a direct violation of this agreement.

6.1. The Products provided are sold "as-is" without any guarantees or warranties, express or implied. I am not liable for any issues, damages, or losses resulting from the use of these Products, including but not limited to compatibility issues with third-party software, platforms, or user error.

6.2. While I may offer assistance with troubleshooting, I am not obligated to provide technical support, tutorials, or fixes beyond reasonable efforts.

6.3. I am not responsible for teaching software such as Blender, Unity, or VRChat. Users assume all responsibility for ensuring the Product is suitable for their skills and requirements before purchasing.

The Products provided are sold "as-is" without any guarantees or warranties, express or implied. I am not liable for any issues, damages, or losses resulting from the use of these Products, including but not limited to compatibility issues with third-party software, platforms, or user error.
